Despr\u00e9s de la positiva experi\u00e8ncia d&#8217;enguany, l&#8217;entitat supramunicipal ha renovat el conveni de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb la Uni\u00f3 de Consumidors de Val\u00e8ncia per a la gesti\u00f3 d&#8217;esta oficina itinerant que ja presta servei en nou municipis de la comarca.<\/h5>\n<h5 data-wahfont=\"16\">Fins ara la OCIC funcionava en els municipis d&#8217;Alc\u00e0sser, Alfafar, Beniparrell, Benet\u00fasser, Massanassa, Picassent, Picanya i Sedav\u00ed. En este nou curs que comen\u00e7a, els ve\u00efns i ve\u00efnes d&#8217;Aldaia tamb\u00e9 podran fer \u00fas d&#8217;esta oficina comarcal d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 a persones consumidores. L\u2019OCIC estar\u00e0 a Aldaia tots els dilluns a la vesprada de 16h a 19h i tots els dimarts i dijous al mat\u00ed de 9h a 15h en la Pla\u00e7a de la Constituci\u00f3, 14 baix, dins l\u2019edifici Amparo Navarro.<\/h5>\n<h5 data-wahfont=\"16\">Els horaris i ubicacions de l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 presencial de l\u2019OCIC en els diferents pobles adherits poden consultar-se en la web de la Mancomunitat de l&#8217;Horta Sud (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mancohortasud.es\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" data-wahfont=\"16\">www.mancohortasud.es<\/a>). A m\u00e9s, hi ha un n\u00famero de tel\u00e8fon i un correu electr\u00f2nic habilitats per a sol\u00b7licitar cita pr\u00e8via i per a qualsevol consulta de la ciutadania. El tel\u00e8fon \u00e9s el 661 346 203 i el correu electr\u00f2nic\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:ocic@mancohortasud.es\" rel=\"nofollow\" data-wahfont=\"16\">ocic@mancohortasud.es<\/a>.<\/h5>\n<h5 data-wahfont=\"16\">Una de les caracter\u00edstiques del servei \u00e9s que els empadronats en qualsevol de les localitats participants poden fer \u00fas de l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 presencial en tots els seus empla\u00e7aments i en cas d&#8217;urg\u00e8ncia no necessiten esperar al dia en qu\u00e8 l&#8217;oficina estiga en el seu municipi. En la OCIC de l&#8217;Horta Sud es poden tramitar reclamacions per via extrajudicial i davant la Junta Arbitral de Consum, aix\u00ed com interposar den\u00fancies i queixes davant els organismes competents i es presta ajuda a les persones consumidores en cas d&#8217;incompliment dels seus drets i garanties.<\/h5>\n<h5 data-wahfont=\"16\">El president de la Mancomunitat de l&#8217;Horta Sud, Jos\u00e9 Cabanes, explica que el servei \u201cha funcionat molt b\u00e9 durant el primer any i per aix\u00f2 s&#8217;ha decidit per part de tots els municipis participants continuar amb ell\u201d. A m\u00e9s, ha remarcat que la OCIC \u201crecull perfectament la utilitat de la Mancomunitat, la de mancomunar per a abaratir costos i poder oferir serveis de qualitat a la ciutadania\u201d.<\/h5>\n<h5 data-wahfont=\"16\"><strong>M\u00e9s de 600 consultes en un any<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5 data-wahfont=\"16\">OCIC de l&#8217;Horta Sud tanca el seu primer any de funcionament amb 638 consultes ateses.
